Taba: Where Egypt Meets Jordan

Taba sits at the head of the Gulf of Aqaba, where the borders of Egypt, Jordan and Israel meet within a few kilometres of each other. For most travellers it is the departure point for Petra, reached by fast ferry across to Aqaba and then roughly two hours by road through the Jordanian desert.

Our Taba trips cover the crossing, the Jordanian formalities and the road transfer, so you spend your day at Petra rather than in queues. Departure days depend on the ferry timetable, so we ask for at least 72 hours notice and a copy of your passport.
